About the Tascam X48
The X-48 has 96kHz/24-bit recording ability across all 48 tracks and 192kHz across 24 tracks. Multi format support for audio files and OMF import and export enable for integration into a range of workstations, including Pro Tools. The X-48 also supports Firewire hard drives and Gigabit Ethernet transfer. Other highlights include its built-in, automated 48-channel digital mixer, VGA display output, powerful editing functions and DVD+RW backup drive.
